Best way to meditate for beginners
Meditation for beginners means to open a new chapter in your life.
A chapter that will bring you lots of positive changes.
When you have health issues, you can choose to meditate to give your body and mind the oportunity of natural healing. In meditation a very unique chemical prosess is taking places. Your concentration goes innwards. Your blood cirulation becomes more regular steady and slow, so that your brain frequencey gets to the special pulsation in between sleeping and being awake.
In this very special rhythem of your body, which is a relaxed state, the healing prosess starts naturally.
It can take a wile to train your subtle bodies and your capacitie to concentrate so that you feel realy good and aware in this state.
The temperature of the body is than going a bit up, and inner peace is expanding.
In my retreats people come to this point where they get a deep sence of wholenes and have some inner visions, if they have never meditated, the 3 or 4 day. If you are somewhere far from me and in difficult situation it can take 2 or 3 weeks regular practice. If you are a sensitive person meditation can leed you into orgasmic states very quickly.
Meditation is a base, once you meditate regulary you can start using your will power and inner eye to repair your organs, to sence your immanent soul or to rest in silence.
You can work on the chakras or be receptive for what has hurt you througout your life and what needs to be agnowledged so you can heal and feel more lightfull.
If you like to work with Psychoanalyse, you will need meditation to cultivate the strength to accept your shadows and transform your emotions.
If you feel overwelmed in you work or with you family, you should start meditating. The powerfull action to retreat and sit in stillness every day 20min. will make you live differently. You will become this one person that is more patient, that is more centered, that has the good ideas and that knows; first my self and than the rest!
This is what makes you strong!
remember we create the outside, with our thoughts and vibration.
Meditation should be like your powerpoint, plugg in and restore.
I see too many people doing too many unhealthy and often violent things, meditation helps to reduce our outer moovements, it makes life more simple.

Meditation for people that have integrated it in their daily routine
Now you can use meditation for different purpose. For resourcing, self-awareness, to encrease your presence, to recharge the chakras, to train your clairvoyance and your clairaudience and to counsciuosly love your self and to bring your cells on a higher vibration.
Resourcing means to get to such a relaxed state of your body, that your brain waves are theta waves, so that they are slower than alpha waves but faster than delta waves.
When you are awake your brain is funktioning on alpha waves, when you sleep on delta.
When you are in deep meditation and in the frequency of theta you get open for insights that you normaly do not katch.
What now becomes interesting is to register what you see and what you feel. Of course you see with your inner eye, if you eyes are closed and, with a very calm distance, if your eyes are open.
What I recommend now to learn or train, is to bring all your experiance back into your normal state.
It is important to give your experiance some words, to translate from the energetic and subtle world into this realm of your fleshly reality.
Here you just learn to put into words what you have heard, felt and seen. You can write it down or share with your family. Be honest, clear, simple but precise, so it helps you to develop your higher sences. you might have to find new words, newer jugde on what was there during the meditation, neather invent or get into fantasy.
You will improove your concentration and discernment, that will help you a lot in you daily life and you will understand with time, which experiance comes from where. You will start to know your self. You will get deeper and more familiar whith your trouth and subconscious.
